This is all you need in a metronome. Unless you are in the music business or teaching and require something specific in a time keeping device, this is the foundation of what we need to keep a cadence. You have visual and audio and it is Simple. To increase or decrease the tempo, tap the plus (+) or minus (-) icons or slide the weight on the staff. To pick a time signature tap the desired time; 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, etc..... Metronome!
